Activity Planned Entries are obtained from an external planning system that provides time-phased budgets. This data can be imported into SYNCHRO Perform (as either partial batches or a complete set).

Export

1. Click on Settings > Import > Plan Profile.
   
2. Click on Export to generate a spreadsheet of existing data, then click the download link that  appears.
   
   • Budget Reference represents Original, Current or Revised.
   • Measure represents Labour, Quantity, or Cost.
   • This export can also be used as a template for importing data.

Import

1. Click on Settings > Import > Plan Profile
2. Click on Choose File, then select a file.
   The import file must include these columns: activity, activity_name, budget_reference, measure, date, and weighted_amount.
   
3. Click either Merge or Replace.
   • Merge merges rows in the uploaded import file with existing Activity Plan Profile entries*
   • Replace replaces all existing Activity Plan Profile entries for a budget reference and measure combination
4. When the file has loaded, click Upload.
