Templated Reports


Templated Reports summarise captured information (such as progress, delays, hours worked and more). These reports can also be edited to include additional information, and exported for distribution.

  1. Click on Reports > Templated.
  2. Click Create on a chosen Templated Report and date.
    This opens a preview of the report, populated with data from the selected day (or past seven
    days for weekly templates).
  3. To create a draft version, click the Create Report button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Edit   to update the report.
  5. When all data has been entered, click Update Report.
  6. Click Reapply Template   to reload the report’s data.
    Any edits made to the report prior to reloading will remain; the report will also update to the
    latest available template design.
  7. Click Download   to generate a PDF copy of the report.
    This option does not appear on all reports.
  8. Click Open in new tab to open the report in a new browser tab.
