The Work Roster is used to set the planned working and non-working time for People on a project. Work Codes applied to the Work Roster can define start and end times, days off, or FIFO days and automatically generate timesheet entries.

  1. Click on Rosters > Work Roster.
  2. Set a date range (no greater than 45 days), then click on Set Date Range.
  3. Enter start and end Work Codes in the relevant dates for the selected Person.
  4. The roster counts days from start to end dates, and saves changes, automatically.
    • An example of common Work Codes are:
      S       - Start
      E       - End
      RDO - Rostered Day Off
    • Work Codes are usually defined during a project setup. Custom Work Codes can be created by the project administrator
    • The Work Roster can be updated in bulk by clicking and dragging across multiple cells, then copying and pasting as needed.
    • Single cells can also be copied and pasted to multiple selected cells.
    • Alternatively, the Work Roster can be imported from a spreadsheet (refer to Work Roster - Export and Import guide).
