The Work Roster is used to set the planned working and non-working time for People on a project. Work Codes applied to the Work Roster can define start and end times, days off, or FIFO days and automatically generate timesheet entries.
- Click on Rosters > Work Roster.
- Set a date range (no greater than 45 days), then click on Set Date Range.
- Enter start and end Work Codes in the relevant dates for the selected Person.
- The roster counts days from start to end dates, and saves changes, automatically.
- An example of common Work Codes are:
S - Start
E - End
RDO - Rostered Day Off - Work Codes are usually defined during a project setup. Custom Work Codes can be created by the project administrator
- The Work Roster can be updated in bulk by clicking and dragging across multiple cells, then copying and pasting as needed.
- Single cells can also be copied and pasted to multiple selected cells.
- Alternatively, the Work Roster can be imported from a spreadsheet (refer to Work Roster - Export and Import guide).
