Attendance (Web)


Summary

Attendance can be recorded to create a record of physical start and end times (or time spent on site).
Note:  An Attendance record does not automatically generate a timesheet entry.

  1. Click Attendance > Attendance.
  2. To view entries for a given day, click on Summary.
  3. Navigate to different dates by clicking on​ Previous Day or Next Day, or the   icon​.
  4. Click on All to view all entries, No End Time to view People with a Start time and no End time, or No Resource Assignment to view people without a Resource assignment​.
    Attendance recorded on SYNCHRO Perform Mobile may also record the Person’s location, which will display a   icon; click on this icon to view the Person’s location ​.
  5. Select   Export Shifts fto export data to a spreadsheet.
  6. Click Print to create a print-friendly version of all Attendance entries.
  7. Click on Copy to copy all Attendance entries to the computer’s clipboard​.
    These can then be pasted into a new document or spreadsheet​.

Enter Attendance

  1. To add Attendance, click Enter Attendance, then Add New Attendance.

  2. Navigate to different dates by clicking on Previous Day or Next Day, or the   icon.

  3. Select a Person, add in the Time, and set the Action to Start or End (required).

    • This information will save automatically.

    • Entering a new Start Attendance does not automatically create an End Attendance.

    • End Attendances should be entered for all Start Attendances.

    • Multiple Start and End Attendances can be entered for a single Person on a single day.

      This is useful if a Person moves between multiple Areas on a site, or leaves and returns.

  4. Select an Area and leave a Comment as needed.

  5. To edit an entry, click on the   icon, or click on the   icon to delete.
