Attendance can be recorded to create a record of physical start and end times (or time spent on site).
Note: An Attendance record does not automatically generate a timesheet entry.
To add Attendance, click Enter Attendance, then Add New Attendance.
Navigate to different dates by clicking on Previous Day or Next Day, or the icon.
Select a Person, add in the Time, and set the Action to Start or End (required).
This information will save automatically.
Entering a new Start Attendance does not automatically create an End Attendance.
End Attendances should be entered for all Start Attendances.
Multiple Start and End Attendances can be entered for a single Person on a single day.
This is useful if a Person moves between multiple Areas on a site, or leaves and returns.
Select an Area and leave a Comment as needed.
To edit an entry, click on the icon, or click on the
icon to delete.
