Work Subprocesses


A Work Subprocess is defined by its Work Steps and their percentage weighting. Multiple Work Subprocesses can be associated to one Work Process. Examples of Work Subprocess are 'above-ground piping install' and 'under-ground piping install', which would be associated with the Work Process of 'piping install'.

Click on Settings > Rules of Credit > Work Subprocesses

  1. To add a new Work Subprocess, click on Add Work Subprocess
    1. Enter the Name of the Work Subprocess and select the Work Process from the drop-down list
    2. Click Create Work Subprocess
  2. To edit an existing Work Subprocess, click on the  icon to the right of the existing Work Subprocess
    1. Make any required changes and click Update Work Subprocess
  3. To delete an existing Work Subprocess, click on  icon , then click OK when prompted
    1. If a Work Subprocess has a grey icon   there are existing records associated with the Work Subprocess and it cannot be deleted
