A Work Subprocess is defined by its Work Steps and their percentage weighting. Multiple Work Subprocesses can be associated to one Work Process. Examples of Work Subprocess are 'above-ground piping install' and 'under-ground piping install', which would be associated with the Work Process of 'piping install'.
Click on Settings > Rules of Credit > Work Subprocesses
- To add a new Work Subprocess, click on Add Work Subprocess
- Enter the Name of the Work Subprocess and select the Work Process from the drop-down list
- Click Create Work Subprocess
- To edit an existing Work Subprocess, click on the
icon to the right of the existing Work Subprocess
- Make any required changes and click Update Work Subprocess
- To delete an existing Work Subprocess, click on
icon , then click OK when prompted
- If a Work Subprocess has a grey icon
there are existing records associated with the Work Subprocess and it cannot be deleted
