Work Steps are held within a Work Subprocess and hold a percentage weighting. The total percentage of all Work Steps within a Work Subprocess must equal 100%. Examples of Work Steps are “Stage”, “Install”, “Weld”.

1. Click on Settings > Rules of Credit > Work Subprocesses
2. To add a Work Step to a Work Subprocess, click on  to the right of the existing Work Subprocess
3. Click Add Work Step
   1. Enter the Work Step Name and the Work Step Percent, then click Create Work Step
   2. Repeat until total percent for all Work Steps is 100
4. To edit an existing Work Step, click on the  icon to the right of the existing Work Step, make any required changes and click Update Work Step
5. To delete an existing Work Step, click on , then click OK when prompted
6. If a Work Step has a grey icon  there are existing records associated with the Work Step and it cannot be deleted
