A Work Process is a grouping of one or more Work Subprocesses. A Work Process can represent a Discipline or subdiscipline such as 'piping install' or 'concrete foundations'.

Click on Settings > Rules of Credit > Work Processes

1. To create a Work Process, click Add Work Process
   1. Enter Work Process Name
   2. Click Create Work Process
2. To edit a Work Process, click on to the   icon right of the existing Work Process
   1. Make any required changes and click Update Work Process
3. To delete an existing Work Process, click on the  icon
   1. Click OK when prompted
   2. If a Work Process has a grey icon  , there are existing records associated with the Work Process and it cannot be deleted
