Problem:
Will updating LMT help with License over usage of 10 minutes or less?
Solution:
In short, the version of the License Management Tool indicates whether AutoPIPE will record usage of less than 10 minutes or not. The older versions of the AutoPIPE when opened for less than 10 minutes would still record 10 minutes of usage. The newer versions of AutoPIPE will discard usage less than 10 minutes.
The version of the License Management Tool is just an indicator; The only way to take advantage of this new feature is to update AutoPIPE. Updating just the License Management Tool would have no effect on recording license usage.
