Each company working with Bentley has a designated Bentley On-site Administrator. This can be a single person or a group of people. Use one or more of the following methods below to find the person(s) designated as the Bentley On-site Admin.
Option #1:
Ask some of your co-worker who are already working with Bentley applications.
Option #2:
Contact Bentley Licensing group by phone
Note: SELECT Service Accounts have a special 800 number provide to them for direct access to Bentley Product Support Queues. Please use this phone number instead of the one above to contact the Activation / Licensing group.
Option #3:
Submitting a Service Request to the Licencing group.
