Sometimes users are unable to download software by clicking on the link ‘Download’ button. Here are some steps which should help:
1. Confirm small box does not appear as mentioned below.
Using Internet Explorer:
A box will appear at the bottom of the screen, press the "Save" drop down listing and select "Save-As", and save the file to your desk top or other folder location.
Note: the file name above may-not be the same, this name will mirror the version selected for download. Suggest to SAVE the application to the computer before installing.
Using Google Chrome
A box will appear at the bottom of the screen, where the application is automatically being downloaded. press the drop down indicator on the right and select "Show in Folder" to locate the software being downloaded.

2. Turn off a pop-up blocker in Internet Explorer by going to Tools-> Pop-up Blocker -> Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
3. Add www.bentley.com to Trusted Sites in IE by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites
4. Change a security level for this webpage to Low in IE by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Custom level… and change drop down list to Low
