Problem:
When calculating the average Sm value is this done for every individual load case to start with and then the minimum Sm for every load pair assessed?

Help > Contents> Search Tab> enter "Use Avg Sm allowable" (include the quotes), press List Topics button, double click on the "Use Avg Sm allowable" from the list provided to see more information.
Otherwise, it is done differently for the Pre-Verification stress which use Ambient or the load case value.
