Why and how to avoid?

Solution:

This error message is link to the Edit model options setting " Distance L/D from flange/valve to bend". The setting is used by the program to search for a Valve or Flange that is physically located within close proximity to a bend's Near or Far node points. If either of these components are within this measured distance the program will make adjustments to how the bend flexibilities are calculated.

This setting has a range of 0.00 to 2.00. However, when generating a new model, the development team uses a default value of 0.5. This was an arbitrary value that the development team felt was sufficient for the program to search both upstream and downstream for a flange or valve component. The user may choose to enter any acceptable value between 0.00 and 2.00 as needed based on their requirements.
