The following message appears in License Management Tool (LMT) when trying to license AutoPIPE:
What should I do?
Contact the Bentley Licensing Team or your Account Manager about your License contract.
If you are not sure who they are, file a Bentley Service Request at the following link:
http://appsnet.bentley.com/srmanager/
Select , "Product Activation and Asset Administration" Link.
When the next screen appears, select Problem Area = "Activate Production Licensing"
Provide in the details of the Service Request message what Site Activation key you are using and that License Management Tool has the following message displayed "Site Activation Key has Expired" to please help.
