From the user's report , user's name shows as ?????, and there also have some IP address shows there.
1. How to fix the user name, and let it shows correctly in Korean?
2. How to report all of the users as IP address ?
The ????? appear to be coming from a problem in the SELECTserver Gateway. They were using a very old version of the gateway up until Feb 20, 2014. The 08.11.0.* version of the gateway had a problem with multi-byte names. It was later resolved. The solution it to ensure they are using the latest gateway. There is no way to change the existing entries. As for the IP Addresses, some products covered under the Bentley Passport will report the IP address when a user name is not available. Once again, looking at their version numbers it appears they are using all PRE-XM applications,
Again, upgrading to the newer version of SELECTserver should resolve these issues.
