Problem:

How to Request an updated license for a Deployed Select Server

Solution:

Note: this procedure can only be completed by a Bentley On-Site Admin, if you do not know who that is please select this link here.

From the Select Server XM Administrative Interface: 

Go to “License Management” -> “Request/Update License”.

Make sure the "Serial Number:" and "Activatation Key:" are correct. Check off "Force Full Retrieval" (make sure there is a check mark in the box) and click "OK".

Server Serial #: abc123

Server Activation Key: abc123

After the request is done processing, verify that the license that was imported is correct, and then click "Accept" ("Accept" only present on pre-v9 SELECTServer only).
