Problem:

The following is displayed when setting the  Nozzle Axis:

---------------------------
APNozzle
---------------------------
Same shell and nozzle axis selected
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Why and how to avoid?

Solution:

Given the AutoPIPE Nozzle settings below:

The problem is that the Normal axis = +Y and Nozzle axis = +Y, this is confirmed by referring image tile, see +Y is labeled on 2 axis directions.

Avoidance:

Change one of the axis direction so that all 3 axis directions are distinctively different as shown below:

Example:

Nozzle Axis = +Y

Normal Axis = +X

Question: Can the Nozzle axis be opposite the Normal Axis:

Example: Nozzle Axis = -Y, Normal Axis = +Y

Answer: NO, what is definition of Normal axis perpendicular. How can axis that are perpendicular have the same designations (ex. Y). Fix one axis to be distinctively different than the other (ex. if Nozzle axis is - Y or +Y, Normal Axis must be X or Z).
