Why and how to avoid?
Given the AutoPIPE Nozzle settings below:
The problem is that the Normal axis = +Y and Nozzle axis = +Y, this is confirmed by referring image tile, see +Y is labeled on 2 axis directions.
Change one of the axis direction so that all 3 axis directions are distinctively different as shown below:
Example:
Nozzle Axis = +Y
Normal Axis = +X
Question: Can the Nozzle axis be opposite the Normal Axis:
Example: Nozzle Axis = -Y, Normal Axis = +Y
Answer: NO, what is definition of Normal axis = perpendicular. How can axis that are perpendicular have the same designations (ex. Y). Fix one axis to be distinctively different than the other (ex. if Nozzle axis is - Y or +Y, Normal Axis must be X or Z).
