Problem:

AutoPIPE results does not seem to consider the pipe properties wall thickness with regards to Corrosion Allow. or Mill tolerance, only the Hoop Stress changed, why?

Solution:

Check your setting for "Use nominal thickness" check box. This would control what wall thickness is being used in your calculations. Review the AutoPIPE help for details on this setting.

AutoPIPE CONNECT 11.xx and higher:

Results Tab> Results options group> Model (Results Model Options) dialog.

AutoPIPE CONNECT 10.xx and lower:

Tools> Model Options> Results>
