Problem:

AutoPIPE results does not seem to consider the pipe properties wall thickness with regards to Corrosion Allow. or Mill tolerance, only the Hoop Stress changed, why?

Solution:

Check your setting for "Use nominal thickness" check box. This would control what wall thickness is being used in your calculations. Review the AutoPIPE help for details on this setting.
