The following are issues related to the Model Input listing "Load Case Description" sub-report in AutoPIPE:

How can I print the load case descriptions in my output report?

I see where I can enter the "Load Case Descriptions" under the Load menu. I also see under Tools>Combinations where I can input a description for each non-code case. I do not see where I can print these out for users of my reports to make use of my efforts naming everything.

Answer:

AutoPIPE V8i 09.06.xx.xx has an enhancement that allows the user to enter in a load case description. This description can be entered into 2 locations:

1. Load> Load Case Description...

2. Tools> Combinations> Code comb. and Non-code comb. tab at the far right of the grid enter in a description:

Each of these descriptions can be printed in the respective sub-reports.

1. Load Case Description... will be printed in the Tools> Model Input Listing> "Load Case Description" sub-report, toggle the check-box On / Off as needed.

2. Combination Descriptions...will be printed in the Results> Output Report> "Analysis Summary" sub-report toggle the check-box On / Off as needed.

Code Comb descriptions: "CODE COMPLIANCE COMBINATIONS" section

Non Code Comb descriptions: "NON-CODE COMBINATIONS" section.
