Problem:
After creating a Strsss Iso metric in AutoPIPE and the drawing is opened in OPIM, noticed that there are some "?" in place of fractions as shown below:
Why?
How to resolve?
Solution:
One possible scenario which adds a "?" in place of fractions was discovered:
Steps to repeat:
1. Create stress isometric with fractions
2. In OPIM select the change dimension icon
3. Select the Dimension with a fraction to highlight it::
4.Then click again anywhere on the screen, presto... the fraction is automatically replaced with a "?", as shown above.
Workaround:
1. Open Style.CFG file
Located at:
C:\ ProgramData\ Bentley\ [AutoPIPE folder] \ isoextractor\ projects\ project01\ stress\ Config
Note: to make a permanent change that does not update this file when resetting Profile Preferences, make the same changes to the Style.CFG file located in the following folder:
[Application Installation directory]\ isoextractor\projects\project01\stress\Config\
2. Change value of IE_FMT_DIMENSION_USE_STACKED_FRACTIONS to 0 like below

3. Generate the drawing:
