Problem:
How to correctly use the "Prompt User for Material Mapping" PCF translator setting when importing a model into AutoPIPE?
Solution:
The following steps are required for material mappings when material name is not a single word in PCF file.
1. Remove pcfin.map file from "..\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\PCF Translator" folder.
2. Open the latest PCF Translator and you will see the latest pcfin.map file in the above mentioned folder.
3. Define material mapping in pcfin.map file as shown below.
4. Unchecked the "Prompt User for Material Mapping" on PCF Translator Settings dialog.
5. Now import PCF file and you will see the material in Pipe properties grid.
With latest pcfin.map file, the checked/unchecked issue is also not repeatable on my side.
