For beam displacement calculations, Hydrotest is multiplying thermal anchor movements with temperature factor and then incorrectly adding them to thermal anchor movements again which gives incorrect displacement results for beams.
1. Open attached archive model "hydrotest_temp_fact_TAM.APC"
2. Note that Pipe(A00 to A01) and Pipe design using beams (1001 to 1002) have same properties
3. Note both pipes have same thernal anchor movements of 1 inch in Z direction at point A00 and 1001
4. Analyse and go to results tab
5. Open interactive scan for displacement of thermal load case "Thermal{1}"
None
Since thermal anchor movements are already multiplied by temperature factor once, program should not add them again.
