Problem:
Instructions to change how flange components are dimensioned.:
Option #1: Setting = False
consider flange dimension, dimensions include length of flange (i.e. 4-5/16")
Option #2: Setting = True
skip flange dimension, dimension line now runs to the center of flange set.
Solution:
Procedure to change between options above.
Step #1:
Open the style.xml from program data folder Location:
C:\ ProgramData\ Bentley\ AutoPIPE CONNECT v11\ isoextractor\ projects\ project01\ stress\ Config\ File: Style.xml
Step #2:
Modify the "DimensionCombineFlangeAndFitting" setting. Enter "True" or "False". (near Line 283 of the file)
Step #3:
Save the Style.xml file and generate stress isometrics again. Note that the flange dimensioning has now changed according to the setting entered.
