I am currently analyzing the effects of slugging on a rigid spool piece. I am applying a force time history at each of the bend locations along the spool in order to check the dynamic effects. My question is in regards to how the results are presented,
Is it a snap shot in time or an output of the maximum forces over time.
Is there any way to filter the results?
Could you possibly explain what output we are seeing when we look at the results from a force time history analyses
AutoPIPE results can be filtered in may different ways, see AutoPIPE help on Results> Filter criteria and Output Report for more informaiton
With regards about the actual Fluid transient results, what you are looking at is the maximum results. It is not a snapshot at a certain time. What you have is an envelope of the results.
