Problem:

Under the Missing Mass Combination drop down listing in an AutoPIPE model, only the SRSS and Absolute SUM method appear as choices. Where is Modal?

Solution:

As seen in the online help:

    1. The Modal method is only available when using the Uniform Support Response Spectrum (USRS) option. As shown in screenshot below:



    2. If Modal is selected while MSRS is disabled, and you then enable MSRS, the combination method will automatically change to SRSS. As shown in screenshot below:
