Problem:

How to export loads from AutoPIPE to AutoPIPE Vessel?

Solution:

With the given model 

On each anchor of reference point dialog enable the "Report anchor results to AutoPIPE Nozzle/AutoPIPE Vessel" feature:

In AutoPIPE, analyze the model and then select File> Export> "Nozzle Loads to AutoPIPE Vessel"

Appropriate non-code combinations can be selected for export to AutoPIPE Vessel. These combinations can be selected from three categories of loads. Press OK when ready to continue. 

All anchors in the model with the Report anchor results to AutoPIPE Nozzle/AutoPIPE Vessel field enabled will be available to AutoPIPE Vessel. All reference points in the model with the Report Reference Point Results to AutoPIPE Nozzle/AutoPIPE Vessel field enabled will be available to AutoPIPE Vessel. 

The following will be displayed to notify the user that the loads have been exported to and XML file located in the same folder as the model.

This XML file can be opened in any text editor application (i.e. Note Pad++, Ultra Edit, etc..). See example below:

Note: Units in XML file are always English units (i.e. Lbf or Ft-Lb) regardless of units specified in AutoPIPE General Model options dialog. When importing this file into AutoPIPE Vessel the program will make the proper conversion to units specified in AutoPIPE Vessel model 

The XML file starts with a standard header and then provides the data in sections by node points (ex. A00, A04, B02) with both local and global values.

As a exercise in understanding, compare these values in the XML file back to AutoPIPE results:

Note: reported results maybe rounded to the nearest whole number. There is a setting under Tools> Model Options> Results> Digits after decimal, set as desired.

However, suggest to review using the input grids instead of output reports. The grids show both the Global and Local loads for each node point:

Note: To understand local load orientation see the following AutoPIPE help section: 

Help > Contents> Contents Tab> Reference Information> Results Interpretation> Straight Pipe Forces and Moments: Local Option

For node point A04, Global axis and Local axis are oriented in the same directions. However the global axis and local axis for node points A00 and B02 are different. Again,  use the AutoPIPE help location above to understand the local axis orientation with respect to global axis.  

As a final step, start AutoPIPE Vessel and import loads (*.XML file) from AutoPIPE.
