Problem:

Beams appear to be rotated after PipeLINK file is imported into AutoPIPE model, why?

Individual beams can be rotated as needed in AutoPIPE by modifying the Beam's Beta angle:

If all the beams need to be rotated about a central axis, select the affected beams and use Edit> Rotate command.

Note: This procedure does not include the rotation of the beta angle. See the limitation section for a complete listing of features that are not rotated by AutoPIPE.

A new enhancement has been logged to address this issue (TFS-E538054).
