Why is the HDPE material allowable 1100 psi in my AutoPIPE model?

Help > Contents> Contents Tab> Reference Information> Code Compliance Calculations> Thermal Stress (HDPE - 2011)> subsection: "Alternate Thermal Expansion or Contraction Evaluation".
Per code equation 3311.3, the allowable is not dependent on a variable value related to a temperature setting, but hard coded to a specific value.
If the user wants to use a different allowable for this equation, please determine the value outside of AutoPIPE, and update AutoPIPE's Code Combination to consider a user defined value:
