Problem:

The default material library values does not match the code reference.

Therefore, how are the default material (AutoGRPM.SRC) values calculated in AutoPIPE?

Answer:

For all references to material values see the following AutoPIPE help sections:

Help > Contents> Contents Tab> Reference Information> Libraries> 

> Code Dependent Pipe Materials.

> Standard Pipe Materials

The default material library for BS7159 is AUTOGRPM.LIB, read the information available for this library. 

To answer the question above, see the following AutoPIPE help section: 

Help > Contents> Search Tab> enter "Pipe Material Notes for Piping Code BS 7159" (include the quotes), press List Topics button, double click on the selected topic from the list provided to see more information.

Note: There is a conversion factor applied to the thermal expansion before it is reported in the dialog,

This is also true for only one other AutoPIPE material library, ISO14692.
