04. ASME B31.1 reference equation numbers seem to be wrong in AutoPIPE Reports.

Problem:

AutoPIPE has a discrepancy in the numbering of ASME B31.1 2010 equations. The numbers of the equations are those from B31.1 2007. i.e. B31.1 = Equations are 7, 15, 16 and 17. AutoPIPE shows 3, 11, 12 and 13 (from 2007 Ed.). The output file does not meet the Code definitions.
