Problem:

For ASME ND-2007, Why is Eq. 11 missing from the AutoPIPE's "PRE-VERIFICATION STRESS REPORT" 

Answer:

That is correct, Equation 11. is calculated based on the results from Eq, 8 and Eq 10a. Therefore the results of Stress, Allowable and Stress Ratio are printed in the Stress Summary sub-report only. 

In addition, note that Eq. 11 is calculated based on the code calculation,  please see the following AutoPIPE help section:
