The PDF plan set shall follow the requirements specified in section 1600 of the L&D Vol. 3 Manual. This section provides requirements of what documents shall be included in the PDF Plan Set Package/Portfolio and how those documents should be named. 

Plan Sets shall be digitally signed as stated with the January 20th, 2023 revision to the Location and Design Manual Vol. 3 section 1302.6.1.

In order to comply with OAC 4733-23-01 in regard to electronically signing and sealing documents the PDF plan set will comprise of multiple documents. This will be achieved using a PDF Package/Portfolio. A PDF Package/Portfolio is when multiple documents are packaged together into one PDF file. This will allow for updating certain documents without breaking digital signatures in another document while keeping all the documents within a single pdf file.
