I cannot see my files, or my files will not sync to ProjectWise. Am I doing something wrong?

Check and see that ProjectWise Drive is running in the background and if you are signed in.

Signing In

In the bottom right corner of Windows, check your system tray. If ProjectWise Drive has a red exclamation  , you may need to sign in.

Double click on ProjectWise Drive (Option 2) and enter your ODOT email address. (Note if you are External, this will be your email address you use for Bentley)

NOTE: If you do not see Option 2 after left-clicking Option 1, then ProjectWise Drive is not running in the Background. You will need to launch ProjectWise Drive from the start menu.
