After the OHDOTCEv02 workspace is set up (running the OHDOTCEv02 WorkSpace Tools Installer, WorkSpace Setup Tool and the Sync Tool). the next step would be to create a workset. OHDOT does have a standard workset folder structure that must be followed. The out of the box tools provided by Bentley software do not offer enough functionality to get a workset set up for the OHDOTCEv02 workspace. This is why have have created out own Workset Creation application. See the below wiki page for videos that walk you though how to create worksets inside and outside of ProjectWise.
