Quickly find related elements in the model by using the new find similar feature.  All you need to do is select an element and then choose a property and right click to run the find similar tool.  The Design Review app will use the class of the selected element and the property and value to find any elements that match that criteria.  The found elements will display the Search Results panel where you can individual select each elements or add the entire search result to a selection set where you can use operations like isolate or hide.

  

Search Results

The results list will show all the elements found in the search with total number found reported at the bottom of the panel.  Click on items in the list to add the element to selection.  You can hold down "CTRL" to select multiple elements or use "Shift" to select a range of elements.  Selecting the more actions button in the upper right will show a menu to add the entire results list to selection or clear the search results.  If you use the find similar tool again the search results will be replaced with the new results list.
