Using the Saved Views dialog you can: 

• apply an existing saved view
• create new saved views
• download a PDF containing all of the saved views (export saved views)
• download a screenshot (PNG image format) of the current view window (download viewport)

To open the Saved Views dialog, click the Saved Views icon at the bottom of the viewer window.

Any saved views that were created in the original design application are listed in the Desktop Views group.

To create a new saved view:

1. Set up the view the way you want it.

2. Open the Saved Views dialog and click the Create New Saved View icon (camera icon).

3. Enter a name for the saved view.
4. If you want other team members of this ProjectWise 365 project to be able to use this saved view, click the More Actions button (...) next to the saved view you just created and turn on the Shared option.
