Improving Graphics Performance in Laptops

Many laptops have an integrated graphics card and a more powerful discrete graphics card. For best performance, it is recommended to always use the discrete graphics card.

In Windows 10:

  1. Open Graphics Settings in the Control Panel.
  2. Select Classic App.
  3. Browse to the location of your internet browser.
  4. Select it, and choose Options.
  5. Select High performance. After your browser is restarted, it should always use the discrete graphics card.
