Questions:

I changed the beginning of my horizontal alignment; I added some elements, so the stationing has changed.  I want to hold the end stationing for both plan and profile as before I added horizontal elements. I cannot find a command to shift the whole profile. But I can move vertical alignment back the same spot by moving vertical element piece by piece.

Solution:

Use the Geometry>Horizontal Curve Set>Stationing command with Synchronize Starting Stations options and indicate distance you want to move the vertical (moving both the horizontal and vertical).  Then, use the same command to move the horizontal back to the original location but this time use the Do Not Update option which will leave the vertical in its shifted location.
