Question:

How can I annotate only the cogo points that are inside a fence?

Answer:

1. Using MicroStation, place fence around desired COGO points.
2. Run the command Geometry>View Geometry>View Horizontal Annotation.
3. In the View Horizontal Annotation dialog box, place cursor in the Cogo Points "Include:" field.
4. Click on the "Filter" button.
5. Use "Fence Mode:" option to select which points you would like to annotate inside the fence.  Only points located inside the fence are available for selection.
