Problem Description
Custom MXTips annotation files created in MX v8i SS2 are not loading in MX v8i SS3.
Reason
The MXTip annotation file load problem is caused by the visioning introduced to support multiple installations of MX i.e MX v8i SS2 and MX v8i SS3.
Steps to Resolve
The resolve this problem the MXtip files need to be updated so that they point to the updated dll used to created the style. Edit the file in a text editor and update as detailed below.
