Problem Description:

When using the Add PI or Move PI command under the Vertical Curve Set tools, there is no dialog appearing to place or move a PI.

Answer:

These commands do not have a dialog box or a pop-up window for settings.  When you access the command it prompts the steps required at the bottom of MicroStation to 'Identify the Start Point' or 'Identify Alignment End' when placing a PI, and it will prompt you to 'Identify Element' when you are moving a PI.  Graphically select the location of the points and you will have the ability place and move the desired PIs within the profiles.
