Question:

How can I determine the volume between a DTM file and a GSF file?

Answer:

The GSF (Site Modeler) file will need to be converted to a DTM first using Site Modeler > Site Tools > Create Surface.  Then the cut/fill volumes between the two DTMs can be determined using Evaluation > Volumes > Triangle Volumes.
