Question:

Annotate Cross Section - How to display only the slopes that are greater than zero?

Answer:

On the General tab of the Annotate Cross Section leaf, toggle OFF slope and toggle ON Alternate Slope.  Check "Display Absolute Slopes" and set the "Use Alternate Slope is Slope Exceeds" to something very small such as 0.001%.
