Question:

How can I export my SDB file to a SHP file or another format that GIS can import?

 

Solution:

As a Select Open Access or Bentley Enterprise License Subscriber, Storm CAD is recommended. Storm CAD has the ability to recognize both formats SDB and SHP, and can be used to import the InRoads SDB and export to the SHP, GIS format.
