Error or Warning Message

When running interactive jobs or automatic scheduled jobs in DCS, the following errors may occur:

Failed to create plot set on PPD-HQ-A68: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {CAC2C26A-4215-11D0-98FB-08003601E054} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

or

The following error occurred on BIMEMEASS4 inside InterPlotProcessor.TopLevelExceptionHandler:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {CAC2C26A-4215-11D0-98FB-08003601E054} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

How to Avoid

Orchestration Framework based ProjectWise products do NOT support non-admin shepherd users.  The account set on the Log On tab of the ProjectWise Orchestration Framework Service must be a member of the Administrators group.
