Question:

In working with PowerCivil for Benelux (the old inroads). Is there a Helmert transformation or something that would allow me automatically adjustable coordinates?

Answer:

In Tools>Geographic> Geographic Coordinate System dialog, click the first button to open the properties of the assigned GCS. At the bottom of properties, you can change transform to Helmert.
