Problem Description

I am defining IPLOT_MSENGINE_OPTIONS, but ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer appears to not accept the value.

Reason

There is a syntax error in the value of IPLOT_MSENGINE_OPTIONS.

Steps to Resolve

If the path name to the argument contains a space, you must use the correct syntax to preserve the quotes. 

For example:

IPLOT_MSENGINE_OPTIONS = "-wc~"C:\Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation V8i (SELECTseries)\MicroStation\config\mslocal.cfg~""

Notice the quotes around the entire argument and the tilda used as an escape character to preserve the inner quotes which preserve the spaces in the path.
