Make sure your entire drawing is captured in InterPlot Organizer PDF files.

Background

By default, PDF files produced using InterPlot Organizer - Export PDF are created with the view parameters last saved for View 1.

Make sure your drawings "fit" in the output PDF file that is generated using the entire drawing regardless how it was last saved in MicroStation.

Steps to Accomplish

1. Create a settings file using the option to Describe Fit Elements to define the Plot Area
2. On the Area Tab, Select All Element types in the Element Type list
3. Specify the Plot Levels using an asterisk "*" to find all elements. 

This works for both .dgn and .dwg files.
