Problem Description

When user invokes Organizer from the IPLOT dialog box or from a shortcut all he gets is the GUI with "Welcome to ProjectWise InterPlot Organizer". If you cancel or select any of the choices, the GUI disappers and you see InterPlot Organizer in the task bar, but nothing happens when you click on it.

Steps to Resolve

• Run ‘regedit’ to open the registry
• Select the key:
  HKCU\Software\Intergraph\Interplot Professional\CurrentVersion\ProjectWiseInterPlot Organizer V8i (SS4)\Settings
• Delete the FrameHeight, FrameLeft, FrameTop, FrameWidth values you see in the right pane

Now invoke Organizer
