Problem Description:

While creating Vertical Alignment by using quick alignment method, it throws an error as shown below.

Workaround:

Copy VertEdit_Metric.ini, VertEdit_Imperial.ini & VetEdit_Metric.ini.txt to C:\Program
Files (x86)\Bentley\MX V8i (SELECTSeries 3)\MX\MFW\IN_sys. (Path for me)

Note: If you are unable to search those files at your system then use below link, there you will see zip file (Name :VertEdit_Imperial&VertEdit_Metric) you can copy those file to above path.
