Problem Description

When running an iCS Job that contains a Word document the process hangs without creating a PDF file or error. Also, on the same iCS server, a Word document cannot be added to InterPlot Organizer, the process hangs without adding the file or displaying an error.

Steps to Resolve

Confirm iDesktop Integration is not installed for Microsoft Office products. iDesktop Integration for Microsoft Office products is not necessary on an iCS server.
